I fish year round, 365 days a year and 7 days a week! So no matter what size or amount of Catfish you're wanting to catch,  I can set you up!!!!! Here is what to expect during the time of year you're looken to go Fishing!!!
Winter- (Usually December-February)
BIG FISH!!!! This is the time for Trophys! We usually catch between 6 and 20 fish total... and you have a great chance to catch 1 or more BIG fish... were talken 20,30,40,50,60,70 and even up to 80 lb Blue Catfish! (I do release any Catfish over 15 lbs)

Spring (March, April and May)
The Spawn!!!!! This is the best time for (eater) Blue Catfish! We usually catch 50 or more 5 to 10 lb fish and its a blast!!! This is also my busiest time of year so get your reservations in early... I offer morning and afternoon trips during this time.

Summer (June-October)
Lots of Channel Catfish. We usually limit out with 25 fish per person in a matter of 2-4 hours. I start at daylight so we can limit out of fish and get back in I can have them cleaned and ready to eat.. before it gets to hot!!!!!!

Fall (October- November)
It just depends on the weather conditions. I try to fish for what's biting the best... so I can fish for Channel Catfish or Blue Catfish but its probable that one might be biting better than the other and during that time, if you call me, I can tell you what to expect!

Tawakoni Guide Service has the Lake Tawakoni Record Channel Catfish!  We caught the new lake record Channel Catfish weighing 29.08 lbs that beat the old record of 19.39 lbs!!! That beat the rod and reel record and the catch and release record for Lake Tawakoni and only missed the state record by 5 lbs!!!

I am now on Facebook and will try to bring you updates and constant updates on my trips! In the near future I will also be using it to announce specials or discount trips! So search for Lake Tawakoni Guide Service and "Like" me to get your updates and specials!!!
